Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or otherwise using Wolvium ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Wolvium is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

Wolvium provides a third-party management platform and suite of tools designed to assist players in managing their clans within the mobile game Wolvesville. The Service includes features such as donation tracking, quest management, member activity logs, and automated rewards. Wolvium operates by integrating with data provided by or linked to the user's clan.

You agree to use Wolvium solely for its intended purposes. You are entirely responsible for the actions taken through your Wolvium account. You must only link and manage Wolvesville accounts and clans that you own or have explicit authorization to administer. Wolvium is not responsible for any internal clan disputes or issues arising from the misuse of the management tools provided.

To access certain features of Wolvium, you must create an account and authenticate using secure credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Wolvium will never ask for your Wolvesville account password.

When using Wolvium, you agree not to engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: reverse-engineering, decompiling, or exploiting the Service; using the Service to harass, defraud, or harm other players; scraping or extracting data without permission; sharing license keys or account access; and attempting to bypass any security measures or rate limits.

Access to advanced and premium features of Wolvium requires a paid subscription or license. All prices are clearly displayed prior to purchase and are processed securely through our designated third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Because Wolvium offers digital services and access, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failure attributable to Wolvium that prevents access to the purchased features.

We strive to provide reliable and continuous operation of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Wolvium may be subject to limitations, delays, or other problems inherent in the use of the internet, or due to changes in the Wolvesville API. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice or liability.

The Service and its original content, features, designs, software, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wolvium and its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Wolvium without our explicit written permission.

Any data, text, or configurations you input into the Service remain your responsibility. By providing such content to Wolvium, you grant us the right to process, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your clan.

Wolvium is an independent, third-party service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Wolvesville or its developer, Wolvesville GmbH & Co. KG. Any use of Wolvium in conjunction with Wolvesville is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wolvium, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, or any in-game actions such as account restrictions imposed by Wolvesville.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to Wolvium at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
